The harsh truth
Ewing’s sarcoma is a type of cancerous tumour that grows in or around one’s bones or soft tissues, and it is the second most common primary bone malignancy that affects individuals between the ages of 10 to 20 years. Treating this disease is resource intensive as it requires multiple procedures like radiation, chemotherapy, surgery and prosthetics. These together could take a minimum of 9 months to a year to get through.
